Commercial HVAC service areas in Middle Tennessee
Six counties, from Clarksville's plants to Murfreesboro's bakeries and Brentwood's office district. Every building we work in is commercial or industrial: offices, factories, warehouses, schools, churches, clinics and server rooms.

Five cities at the center of our territory
Nashville, Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Lebanon and Gallatin anchor five of the six counties we cover. Each leans on different equipment: air handlers fed by a downtown chilled-water loop in Nashville, process cooling in Clarksville's plants, the air around cold food production in Murfreesboro, boilers in Lebanon, and server rooms in Gallatin.
We are built around commercial and industrial facilities rather than taking those calls on the side, and George Blevens has spent more than 40 years on exactly this kind of equipment. The approach is the same in every county: find the fault, repair it, and keep the equipment running until repair no longer makes financial sense.

Counties and the towns in them
Plants, offices and medical buildings in every one of these towns are part of our regular territory.

We work in Tennessee, inside these six counties. If your building is somewhere else, we will tell you on the first call. Inside the territory, you get the same commercial HVAC repair and troubleshooting, the same maintenance agreements and the same after-hours line, whether the equipment sits on a Brentwood office roof or in a Portland plant.
If the building is inside Davidson, Montgomery, Rutherford, Wilson, Sumner or Williamson County, yes. Call the office with the address and we will confirm it before anyone is scheduled.
Yes. The office number reaches the emergency line nights, weekends and holidays, and it works the same for a Clarksville plant as for a Murfreesboro clinic.
Yes. We take over from the current contractor one building at a time: walk the equipment, record each unit's age and condition, and put every site on a maintenance schedule with written reports after each visit.
